SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR 5.1. Must possess effective coaching and leadership skills. Must be able to motivate people to work together as a team. 5.2. Making sure that the production lines are being cleaned as per set Master Sanitation Schedule. 5.3. Full understanding of customer service philosophy and procedures of the company. Ability to add, subtract and divide whole numbers without errors. 5.9. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in either written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Must be able to figure things out in a sensible and safe way. 5.10. Ability to be self-dependent and be self - motivated. Must possess good leadership skills and have a positive attitude about the company. 5.11. Must be able to lift 50 pounds. 5.12. The employee will be exposed to loud noise, salt, and ingredient odors while performing their work duties.Company Description
