AI Automation Specialist — Redesign a Car Dealership for the Future

About the Opportunity

We're not here to "optimize." We're here to reinvent how a dealership runs using AI.

We operate a high-volume independent dealership with an in-house recon facility-and more locations are in the works. Your job? Design, automate, and scale everything-from recon to inventory to sales to service-using the smartest tools

What You’ll Actually Do

- Audit and automate dealership workflows across departments

- Build smart systems using ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, Airtable, Claude, LangChain, and APIs

- Explore and integrate dealership-specific tools like Rapid Recon, Tekion, VINCUE, Impel

- Implement AI photo automation tools to detect missing images, auto-label, remove backgrounds, and enhance listing - Integrate AI tools into our website (chatbots, dynamic inventory suggestions, smart lead forms, virtual trade-in tools) - deploy AI-powered BDC systems to automate lead nurturing, follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and - Set up dashboards, alerts, and triggers to give the team full operational visibility

- Research and deploy new tools to stay far ahead of industry standards

- Continuously refine, rebuild, and optimize automations as we grow

You Might Be a Fit If You

- Are fluent in Zapier, Make, OpenAI tools

- Can reverse-engineer messy workflows into clean automations

- Learn tools and platforms faster than most people update their phones

- Prefer autonomy over micromanagement

- Are a systems thinker, product builder, and problem-killer all in one

Bonus Points For

- Experience with LangChain, Retool, Python, or vector DBs

- Automation work in fast-paced industries (logistics, ops, SaaS, etc.)

- Familiarity with AI photo tools like Impel, AutoEnhance.ai, Photoroom, etc.

- Experience building or integrating AI into websites or customer portals

- Understanding of AI-driven BDC flows and customer communication systems
