Description:

Recruiting Coordinator supports the company’s recruiting function by proactively identifying qualified talent, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, and contributing to a positive candidate experience. This position plays a critical role in reducing time-to-fill and ensuring high-quality hires by contributing to an effective and consistent recruitment process.

Essential Functions and Main Duties

Source passive and active candidates through job boards, referrals, and other channels.

Review incoming applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.

Coordinate and schedule phone screens, interviews, and travel arrangements as needed.

Maintain accurate candidate records and status updates in the Applicant Tracking System (ClearCompany).

Post open positions across internal and external job boards in a timely and consistent manner.

Draft offer letters and initiate background checks and other pre-employment steps.

Assist with updating job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers and HR.

Provide an excellent candidate experience through responsive communication and coordination.

Track and report on sourcing activity and pipeline status.

Support recruitment marketing and employer branding efforts as needed (e.g., school and community connections, social media, internal campaigns).

Participate in process improvement initiatives related to recruiting operations.

Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.

Duties may be modified or assigned at any time based on business need.

Qualifications

Education / Certification / Experience Required

2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or HR support.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and MS Office.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in medical device, life sciences, or healthcare industries preferred.

Level and compensation depend on location, experience, education and skills.

Compensation

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $30.00 to $40.00. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, experience and location.

Working Conditions

Schedule: The regular hours for this full-time position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, unless otherwise stated by the department manager. Holiday, weekend, and evening work hours may be required. Regular hours may vary due to the needs of the organization or department and are subject to change at any time at the Company’s discretion.

Physical: Generally, may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 20 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision.
