LOCATION: Cagayan De Oro (CDO) SETUP: Onsite, Day shift
JOB OVERVIEW
As a Branch Head (Bancassurance, Agency, Brokers, and Other Distribution Channels), you will be responsible for overseeing our branch offices efficient and effective operation. You will play a crucial role in managing the branch's day-to-day activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of our organization's products, services, and goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in a leadership role (at least 3-5 years of supervisory/managerial), preferably in branch management or a related field.
Proficiency in financial analysis and budget management.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Computer literacy and familiarity with relevant software applications.
Background or knowledge of non-life insurance.
Advanced presentation skills, Above par computer skills (use of MS Offices,Information Management System tools).
TRAINING REQUIRED:
- Foundational Training such as Basic Non-life Insurance, Advanced courses in Motor, Fire/Property, Marine and Cargo, and Casualty Insurance; Sales Management; Client Management; People Management
