AI Product Manager

Job Description

Summary:

A senior-level Product Manager or Engineer is needed to support the development and deployment of Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities within a financial services organization. This role will focus on creating compliant, reusable AI components, integrating with the existing data ecosystem, and managing the model lifecycle alongside key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate development, deployment, and monitoring of GenAI models

Build and maintain environments and reusable components for model development (e.g., RAG, Guardrails, UIs)

Ensure development tools and environments comply with internal policies and regulatory standards

Integrate AI model tools with the organization’s analytic data ecosystem

Collaborate with internal stakeholders including MRM, MLEs, and Architects across the model lifecycle

Pilot and deploy advanced GenAI models and contribute to research and innovation efforts

Skills/Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in product management or engineering within financial services

Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT, LLaMA, and diffusion techniques

In-depth understanding of the machine learning lifecycle including model training, tuning, deployment, and monitoring

Knowledge of prompt engineering and optimization strategies for GenAI

Understanding of regulatory and ethical considerations in AI/ML deploymentCompany Description
