Hemostasis, LLC designs, develops, manufactures, and markets advanced hemostatic technologies for the medical device industry, with a specialized focus on Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) solutions. In addition to our ENT offerings, we have expanded our expertise to the cardiac market as well as the gastrointestinal (GI) market.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Product Manager to lead and support the marketing initiatives for our ENT medical devices. This pivotal role involves collaborating cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and other teams to achieve our business objectives. The Associate Product Manager will work closely with sales to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that drive market penetration and revenue growth, ensuring the success of our products and advancing our mission of delivering innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage over 60 annual marketing meetings, including registration, product coordination, logistics, and marketing materials.

• Create and develop marketing collateral for products, collaborating with engineering and regulatory teams to achieve literature approval.

• Manage and update website content and collateral to reflect current offerings and company messaging.

• Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and provide training for the sales team to ensure effective product representation.

• Own, develop, and implement competitive and profitable pricing strategies to maximize market share and profitability.

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions.

• Plan and execute successful product launches, establishing and enhancing product positioning.

• Gather and analyze customer feedback to ensure products meet market needs and drive continuous improvement.

• Take ownership of the CRM/Pipeline to monitor and drive company sales targets effectively.

• Support the development of product marketing and sales tools to enhance team effectiveness.

• Facilitate product training initiatives to ensure a high level of knowledge within the sales team.

• Develop and support strong product branding to enhance market presence and recognition.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in product management or marketing within the medical device industry, preferably in ENT.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly in cross-functional settings.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to medical device marketing.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management.
