PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our client to source and hire an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical crews across multiple industrial job sites nationwide.
100% travel required!
This is a direct hire opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, travel-intensive role, ensuring all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet project specifications, safety codes, and industry standards.
Electrical Superintendent Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple electrical crews across various job sites
Coordinate daily operations, materials, and schedules
Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and NFPA 70E standards
Act as primary liaison between teams, clients, and project coordinators
Oversee progress reporting, timesheet approvals, and safety enforcement
Conduct site inspections and resolve field issues
Electrical Superintendent Qualification:
6+ years of industrial electrical experience; 4+ years in a supervisory role
Proven experience with conveyor systems and/or EV battery installation
OSHA 30 and NFPA 70E required
Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work on energized circuits and lift up to 75 lbs
Must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel full-time
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42.00 - $48.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
