Low Voltage Technician / Foreman

Job Description

Starting Salary: D.O.E (plus benefits)

Full-time Position, Monday - Friday. Saturday and/or Sunday (if needed)

Qualified applicants must possess the following:

High school diploma or GED

OSHA 10 (OSHA 30 for Foreman)

Reliable transportation.

A valid Nevada driver license.

Have own tools.

Must be able pass background screening.

Additionally, we are specifically looking for:

BICSI Certifications (INST1, INSTC, INSTF, TECH)

NICET Certifications (1,2,3,4)

A+/N+ Certifications

Any specialized product or manufacturer certifications for access control, CCTV, copper, fiber or intrusion.

Nevada State Fire Marshal Certificate of Registration/Fire Alarm-Protective Signaling Systems (F-Card)

Candidate must have applicable experience in the following:

Access control and programming

Voice/data and fiber optics cabling

Intercom, paging, and nurse call

CCTV MATV/CATV and intrusion

Fire alarm

Following experience is a plus:

Install, terminate, cross-connect, repair and replace cable/wiring including data, voice, fire, intrusion, security cameras, PA/speakers, bell and emergency systems, etc.

Knowledge of low voltage network design.

Knowledge of data, voice, fire, intrusion, security camera and telecommunication industry terminology.

Knowledge of voice, data and networks.

Computer skills.

Customer relation skills.
