Job Title: Lead Plumber

Pay: Competitive pay based on skills and experience

Type: Full-Time - Willing to work overtime when needed

This position may require occasional travel or work outside of Grand Junction

Small company seeking Lead Plumber to work full time at single and multi-family projects. The Lead works with Premier Owner to oversee the job site processes.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide a safe work environment for you, Premier crews, and all job site personnel.

Customer satisfaction.

Work within the perimeters of trade specific project budget.

Ensure quality craftsmanship on trade specific system installations.

Schedule daily and weekly trade activities and to work with field superintendents and/or clients or other onsite leads.

Ability to read blueprints and the ability to lay out house from blueprints.

Coordinate related material, tool, and equipment requisitions.

Maintain positive and professional relationships with all customers and employees.

Conflict resolution

Accountability:

Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Employees should immediately notify their supervisor if unsafe or hazardous conditions are present.

Minimum Physical Requirements:

Work inside, outside, and in dusty, noisy and hazardous areas.

Climb, balance, squat, kneel and crouch.

Work in all types of weather.

Work in high places, tight places, confined spaces and/or other adverse locations.

Must have working knowledge of all plumbing materials and tools.

Ability to lift and carry 50-75 lb.

Lead Plumber Career level:

Performs technical responsibilities.

Contributes to the development and improvement of concepts, techniques and procedures.

Indirect supervision

Contributes to a team under general supervisor of Premier Owner.

Skilled specialist

Role specific skills and experience required.

Requires judgement or initiative in resolving issues and making recommendations.

Coordinates own tasks.
