Job Description

We are seeking skilled Millwrights to join our team for multiple projects in the Knoxville, Clinton, and Maryville areas. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and relocating machinery and equipment in various industrial settings. Duties:

- Install, dismantle, and move machinery and equipment according to layout plans and blueprints

- Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary repairs

- Use precision measuring instruments to align and adjust machinery

- Operate hand and power tools to complete tasks

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:

- Previous experience as a Millwright or similar role

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment

- Proficiency in customer service and field service practices

- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems, hydraulics, and logic controllers

- Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions

- Experience in technical sales is a plus
