Prime Care Technologies and the PRIME family of business has been providing long-tern care providers with flexible hosting, managed services and cloud software solutions since 2003. Located in Duluth, GA, we are currently recruiting for a Software Developer to work on identity management solutions - C#, ASP.Net and OIDC are required for success in this role.

This is currently a hybrid position, with office hours and remote hours.

POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible architecting, modifying, developing, writing, implementing and testing new and existing software program applications that facilitate Identity Management solutions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Works with the product owners and DevOps Architect to research, architect, develop, and deploy software specifications and requirements

• Develop Razor Pages to facilitate management of users, roles, and claims

• Create APIs that allow web applications to communicate with other systems and services

• Assist Product teams with integrating with customer third-party authentication providers

• Debug and troubleshoot connectivity issues with SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect providers

• Write, develop, and test new code as well as programming modifications for controllers, models, APIs and routers.

• Code, test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database, and programming technology

• Evaluate interrelationships between programs; such as whether or not a contemplated change in one program will cause unwanted results elsewhere

• Analyze performance of programs and acts to correct deficiencies based on consultation with users and final approvals

• Confer with product management to gain understanding of needed changes or modifications of existing programs. Resolve questions of program intent, data input, output requirements, and inclusion of internal checks and controls

• Maintain and modify programs; make approved changes by amending flow charts, develop detailed programming logic, and coding changes. Maintain the tools and framework used by the development team.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES)• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, computer engineering or equivalent job related experience

• 1 to 4 years of experience as software developer.

• Strong knowledge of OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML based applications.

• Strong ability to analyze information and recommend solutions.

• Prior experience in software design, debugging, documentation and testing process.

• Understanding of software development fundamentals and development process and requirements.

• Ability to analyze and develop flow charts, models, diagrams, and algorithms that instruct computers on what tasks to execute.

• Experience with architecting complex, multi-tier applications.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Ability to read, analyze and interpret moderate to complex business documents.

• Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.

• Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables including logic and scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
