Job Order: Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Dermatology

Practice Type: Privately Owned Physician-Led Dermatology Practice

Locations:

Established Clinics: Fort Myers, Naples

New Expansion Sites: Sarasota, Marco Island, Tampa, SE Orlando, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach

Position Overview:

We are seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) or Physician Assistants (PAs) to join a growing, reputable dermatology group in Florida. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, physician-owned practice with a strong focus on patient care and professional development.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: $110,000 – $120,000 (commensurate with experience)

Bonus Structure: Additional collections-based incentives (details TBD)

Schedule: 4-day work week

Clinical Focus:

Primary Focus: Medical Dermatology

Cosmetic Dermatology: Available for candidates with prior training and experience

Patient Volume: To be determined based on location and provider experience

Candidate Requirements:

Active and unrestricted Florida NP or PA license

Minimum of 1–2 years of dermatology experience

Strong clinical skills and a patient-first mindset

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
