Job Description
We are seeking a skilled auto body technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition.
Key Responsibilities:
Work Schedule: Monday -Friday 8am-5pm (No weekends!)
Assess damage to vehicles and determine the necessary repairs.
Remove and replace damaged parts, such as fenders, doors, and bumpers.
Repair dents, scratches, and other cosmetic damage to vehicle bodies.
Weld and cut metal parts as needed.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Communicate effectively with customers and other members of the team.
Qualifications:
Willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic
Experience working as an auto body technician(preferred not required )
Knowledge of auto body repair techniques and materials.
Strong attention to detail and ability to match colors accurately.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical diagrams.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand, crouch, and bend for extended periods of time.
Ability to work in a noisy and dusty environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Commission based 50-100k range
Paid vacation after 1 year of service
