Responsible for overseeing all aspects of MEP systems installation and operation on construction projects, ensuring they meet quality standards, safety regulations, and project schedules. Conduct site inspections and insuring compliance with codes and specifications. Quality Control, Safety Management, Subcontractor Management, Documentation, Stakeholder Communication, Problem Solving, Project Completion. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience. 4 years experience in Mechanical or Electrical Systems Construction. 3 years combined experience in Mission Critical Construction, Hospital Construction, MEP Project Management or Mechanical and Electrical System Start-up and Commissioning. Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills. Strong Leadership Skills. Capable in Coordinating and Scheduling MEP Activities. Aptitude for Problem Solving. Ability to work independently. Motivated Self-Starter. Effectively Utilize Computer and Software Technology in the Performance of Duties. Preconstruction/Equipment Procurement Experience. Willing to Travel.Company Description
