Job Description

We are an established full service law firm with a large consumer bankruptcy practice seeking an Associate Attorney to join our team in Frankfort, Illinois. We help people save their homes and eliminate debt. The position offers meaningful client interaction, court room experience, and the opportunity to develop your own practice. Prior bankruptcy experience is not required but is helpful.

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases;

- Prepare and file bankruptcy petitions and supporting documents; and

- Appear in court at hearings and 341 meetings.

Qualifications:

- Licensed to Practice in Illinois;

- Good communication and organization skills; and

- Bankruptcy knowledge a plus.Company Description
