Concrete Laborer

Job Description

Down-to-Earth company (non-union) looking for hardworking, drama-free workers with plenty of room to grow. Small, family-owned company with a team of respectful, hardworking employees.

Laborer will have responsibilities based on the construction project’s needs. They must be knowledgeable in tear out, forming, pouring, leveling and smoothing concrete on a variety of surfaces including roads, sidewalks, steps, curbs, and floors. Other tasks will include setting bollards, fences, and general construction and cleanup.

Bonus and pay increase based on performance, not set timeframes.

Required Skills:

- Concrete Experience Required

- Good communication skills

- Self Motivated

- Listens and follows instructions

- Works well with others

- Positive Attitude

- Must be able to operate small tools/equipment.

- Must have reliable transportation to and from work

- Ability to perform strenuous tasks with hands

- Ability to kneel, bend and lift heavy materials

- Working outdoors in high heat and cold weather conditions

- Clean Driving Record

– Class A CDL a plus

- Availability for 24/7 Snow Removal a plus.
