Shipping & Receiving Specialist – $21–$24/hr. + Bonuses

Indianapolis, IN Full-Time Day Shift Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

$21.00 – $24.00/hour + Quarterly Bonuses Overtime Required as Needed

We’re a fast-growing company seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our warehouse operations team. If you're detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive in a busy environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do

Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality

Pick, pack, and prepare outbound orders using FIFO methods

Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (manual & electric) safely

Accurately scan barcodes and complete transactions in SAP

Maintain clean, organized workspaces in warehouse and office

Assist with inventory counts and keep inventory up to date

Suggest process improvements and support efficiency initiatives

Ensure all work meets food safety, quality, and safety standards

What You’ll Need

2+ years of warehouse/shipping/receiving experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for long periods

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent communication skills and a team-first attitude

Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus
