As a member of our development team, you’ll contribute to designing, building, and maintaining scalable, cloud-based software solutions while growing your technical skills. You’ll work closely with a team of developers who will guide you through every step of the development process, helping you build confidence and capability in your craft.Responsibilities

Collaborate with development team members to deliver high-quality software solutions for our clients.

Participate in solution planning, idea vetting, and technical design discussions with guidance from senior team members.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, business, and infrastructure, to implement business functionality.

Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews.

Learn and apply development best practices to improve software quality and reliability.

Actively engage in team learning activities and strive for continuous improvement.

Must-Have Qualifications

We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Exposure to at least one programming language such as PHP, JavaScript, Java, or C# through academic projects, internships, or personal work.

Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL).

Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and software development fundamentals.

Experience using version control systems such as Git.

Experience working with an IDE such as IntelliJ, PhpStorm, or Visual Studio.

Strong desire to learn and grow as a developer.

Clear verbal and written communication skills.Nice-to-Have Qualifications

While not required, we’d love to hear about any experience you have with:

Working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Front-end frameworks like React or Angular.

Agile software development methodologies.

Digital marketing concepts, search engine optimization (SEO), or analytics.
