Functional Specialist (Junior, Mid & Senior)

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA (Hybrid)

Position Description:

ResolveSoft is seeking Functional Specilaists/Experts to provide specialized expertise in support of IT tasks, focusing on interpreting requirements, ensuring responsiveness, and achieving successful performance in IT-related projects. This hybrid position is located at our Fort Belvoir, VA office.

Your Future Duties and Responsibilities:

This role requires functional expertise beyond traditional IT to support IT tasks. You will interpret requirements, ensure responsiveness, and achieve successful performance. Responsibilities include advising IT consultants on system analysis, evaluation, and implementation. Key duties involve:

Maintaining and enhancing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, particularly Oracle EBS.

Conducting requirements definition, design, and deployment of custom code.

Developing and delivering user training, including creating training materials and Computer-Based Training (CBT) materials.

Supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) modules and reporting.

Ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) policies.

Creating and maintaining online system help using Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK).

Managing and executing data conversion processes.

Required Qualifications to be Successful in this Role:

4-6 years of relevant experience (Jr.)

6-8 years of experience (Mid)

8-10 years experience (Senior)

Desired Qualifications/Non-Essential Skills Required:

Security Clearance: Secret

Previous DAI experience is preferred.
