PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our client on a direct hire opportunity for an experienced Millwright Superintendent.

This hands-on leadership role involves managing millwright crews on large-scale industrial installation projects nationwide. 100% travel is required.

Millwright Superintendent Responsibilities

Lead and supervise millwright crews on industrial job sites

Coordinate with electrical, rigging, and piping teams

Interpret blueprints and oversee precision equipment installations

Troubleshoot on-site mechanical issues

Ensure safety compliance and enforce safety protocols

Maintain project schedules and update clients and project managers

Millwright Superintendent Qualifications

4+ years as a Millwright Supervisor

6+ years of hands-on Millwright experience

OSHA 30-hour Construction Certification (required)

Experience with heavy equipment installation (Autostore or EV battery industry a plus)

Strong rigging, welding, and fabrication skills

Ability to travel 100% of the timeCompany Description
