We are seeking an IT Desktop Support Technician to join our winning team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients while working at a top fortune 500 finincial services client.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
Track customer issues and resolutions in IT ticketing systems
Install PC hardware onsite including laptops, desktops, docking Stations, dual monitors, and peripherals.
Disconnect and reconnect PCS as instructed
Unbox and handle all PC equipment with care
Trash removal
PC monitor assembly and installation
Qualifications:
A+ Certification
Customer Service Experience
Corporate environment exp.
Knowledge of: Break fix hardware support, IT equipment installations and de-installations
Desktop Support experience
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
