Responsibilities:

Complete work on each repair order with efficiency and in alignment with dealership, state and factory standards.

Address the customer’s primary concern with diagnosis, repair and quality control.

Communicate with the Service Manager so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed. Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.

Follow and promote the dealership’s high standards of safety, cleanliness and organization.

IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE ATTRIBUTES:

High School Diploma or GED

1-3 years of automotive technician experience

Capable of diagnosing and repairing vehicles

Valid driver’s license and state inspection license
