This position is responsible for the overall coordination of well operation activities, along with monitoring all aspects of pattern performance.

Works collaboratively to maximize production, from every wellbore through thorough review analysis and action, while controlling cost, and minimizing downtime in a safe, clean and responsible manner.

Requirements Provide production operations supportGauge tanks, read meters and record dataInspect equipment and facilities for problems and do minor repairsShoot fluid levelsAdhere to all environmental and safety policiesCommunicate with Production team and other production techs on a daily basisCoordinate oil sales and water haulingMaintain gauge sheets properly and note reasons for production changesAbility to maintain, operate, and repair surface equipment associated with the production of oil and gasAbility to identify problems, generate novel approaches, and implement solutionsKeep Company vehicle maintained and in good working condition Required Skills and AbilitiesCommunity colleges and vocational-technical schools in a related field preferred Oil and gas industry experience preferredPractices and encourages open, honest, and timely communicationLead and foster a culture of ethical behavior that supports compliance programsSelf-starter with sound judgment and decision-making abilitiesPractice safe work habits at all timesMust maintain a clean driving record and adhere to Company policiesMust be able to work rotating shiftMust be available for call outs on a scheduled basisMust be available to work in increment weatherMust be physically able to lift >50 lbs and climb ladders/stairways PIda32562396a3-25405-37712772
