Job Title

Channel Manager

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Technical and Operations

Define and implement the channel strategy and roadmap for the assigned service/product line in alignment with management

Lead partner relations in line with company strategy

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing channels/clients to expand sales

Build and analyze a channel/customer database to evaluate loyalty and identify new opportunities

Conduct market research and customer visits to specify market requirements

Manage the entire sales cycle from quotation to collection

Track credit and payment performance, review outstanding settlements, and manage resolutions

Generate sales to ensure long-term revenue and profitability

Support and engage with channel partners to meet customer needs

Develop sales forecasts and market development reports

Promote services/products and the company regionally

Oversee implementation of marketing programs and monitor progress

Utilize systems like Salesforce CRM for sales management

Talent Development

Lead and coach the team to foster empowerment and ownership

Develop capabilities and plan for succession

Conduct performance reviews and oversee training and development

Position Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field

Experience

At least 2-3 years in a similar role
