Description: The Event Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing all (614) in-person and online events. This role requires creativity and strong attention to detail to ensure each event provides an exceptional experience for our attendees, sponsors, and partners.
Daily tasks:
The Event Coordinator is responsible for creating, organizing, and executing every (614) in-person and web event. This candidate will implement engaging, trend-driven experiences that align with the (614) brand
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to create a successful Marketing Plan
Create and manage a budget for each event
Oversee our Events Team and coordinate appropriate staffing
Create post-event recap presentations for sponsors by gathering analytics from our email, social media posts, and other marketing assets
Collaborate with the sales team to find and communicate with sponsors and participating businesses for each event
Organize web pages for our online events
Create event communication email campaigns
Assist with our Daily Email “The Six”
Assist with Social Media and Digital content
Skills and qualifications:
1-2 years of event planning experience
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask
Excellent communication with team members and clients
Knowledge of creating and managing a budget
Mailchimp and Shopify knowledge is a plus
