Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager in Columbus, Ohio. The Business Development Manager will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and create strategies to drive business growth. Daily tasks include in-person cold calling, market research, lead generation, sales presentations, and collaboration with the marketing and leadership team. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will analyze market trends, prepare business plans and provide regular reports to management. This role requires selling in a geographically defined territory in Columbus, Ohio. Targets include plumbing companies, property management companies, realtor groups and insurance groups.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
Strong Market Research and Lead Generation skills
Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
Ability to Develop and Implement Business Strategies
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Experience in the mitigation or restoration industry is a plus
