What You'll Do:
Lead the design and specification of HVAC and plumbing systems for diverse building types
Manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, ensuring quality and deadlines are met
Develop drawings, calculations, and specifications that comply with codes and standards
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors across disciplines
Present technical updates to clients and stakeholders
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to professional development within the team
What We're Looking For:
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)
8+ years of experience in mechanical building systems (HVAC & plumbing)
Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering
Strong project management and client-facing skills
Proficiency in HVAC software (AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, TRACE)
Passion for sustainable design and energy-efficient solutions
Bonus Points:
10+ years of experience, especially with healthcare and education projects
Experience with energy modelling tools and LEED/sustainable design practices
