We support a wide range of clients and industries including Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Insurance, and Automotive. Our primary services are application development, digital marketing and technology staffing.
Position Summary
Are you a dynamic networker with a knack for starting meaningful conversations and building lasting relationships with key decision makers? Join our team as a New Business Development Consultant. In this role, you will nurture sales and marketing activities across our Technology Solutions and Digital Marketing Services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include tapping into your existing network of key industry contacts, cultivating and expanding upon your existing social media presence and network, attending networking events, and engaging in activities focused on creating client conversations. You will work closely with our internal marketing team to effectively showcase our brand and capabilities to potential clients. We are looking for a high-energy, self-driven individual with a customer-focused mindset, and existing network, to excel in representing our company both online and in-person.
Job Duties / Responsibilities
Represent Provato through various activities including marketing emails, social media interactions, phone calls, and networking events.
Accurately present our services and their value to potential customers.
Collaborate with our internal marketing team to identify marketing opportunities, and leverage marketing collateral intelligently.
Engage with potential customers and leverage your team and resources to convert conversations into new business.
Document all customer activities, including visits, phone calls, emails, and social interactions within our CRM.
Maintain accurate customer records and update changes to ensure accuracy.
Develop and grow new relationships while maintaining and nurturing current ones.
Maintain regular contact with customers and prospects to answer questions and drive engagement and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of prior related experience in new business development or outbound sales.
Skills & Abilities:
Proven track record of building and maintaining effective relationships.
Ability to learn, understand, and represent technology and digital marketing solutions.
Willingness to attend events to represent our company and brands.
Proven knowledge and experience with social media tools, and examples of social media posts meant to drive engagement.
Comfortable engaging with new people in various environments.
Proficiency with standard business tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Experience with communication tools such as Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Zoom.
Results-oriented with the ability to achieve and exceed individual and organizational goals.
Maintain accurate details of customer activity in a CRM system on a daily basis.
Outgoing, confident, driven, and self-motivated.
Team player that looks to work with others and leverage all resources available.
Familiarity with technology and digital marketing.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Experience in building effective cross-functional relationships with internal and external customers.
