Our client, a highly respected and growing general contractor headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team. This is a long-standing, mid-sized firm with a reputation for delivering high-quality work and investing deeply in their people.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead on-site construction activities for projects ranging from $1M to $15M+

Coordinate with Project Managers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure project schedules, budgets, safety, and quality standards are met

Manage self-perform crews (a plus but not required)

Communicate regularly with clients, owners, and internal teams

Own site logistics, safety protocols, daily reports, and schedule updates

Deliver a smooth turnover with project teams while maintaining strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent (preferably on projects in commercial, industrial, healthcare, higher ed, senior living, or hotel sectors)

Experience managing projects between $1MM–$15MM+

Strong leadership and communication skills

Self-perform experience is a plus

Ability to motivate and manage subcontractors and field personnel

Commitment to safety, quality, and ownership of project outcomes
