A well-established real estate firm is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support its property management team. This role is fully on site in Floral Park, NY, just steps away from the LIRR station, and the firm offers excellent benefits – including free parking!
Job Details
Coordinate tenant move-ins/outs and lease documentation
Maintain accurate digital and physical records for leases and property files
Support property managers with email correspondence and phone coverage
Draft and send tenant communications, including notices and reference letters
Prepare and distribute work orders; follow up with vendors and building staff
Assist with compliance tasks, including insurance documentation and reporting
Generate reports and assist with invoice processing and vendor coordination
Provide daily reception coverage (approx. 1 hr)
Salary Range: $65-75k annually, based on experience

Skills and Qualifications
Prior experience in administrative support, ideally within property management or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable managing email and phone communications with tenants and vendors
Willingness to assist with front desk coverage daily
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment
