12+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom Apex, Lightning, Visualforce development.

Proven track record as a Salesforce Architect delivering enterprise-scale CRM transformations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities - Proficiency

Expert-level proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, data modleing, and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.

Required experience with Agentforce and strong knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities. Familiarity in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing required.

Proven experience working on complex codebases and addressing technical debt and performance issues.

Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and optimization techniques.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues, providing support and maintenance for existing systems and applications.

Drive technical design reviews, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Maintain a high standard of documentation, testing, and deployment processes.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team support.

Experience working with Agile methodology

Preferred Qualifications

Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect, Platform Developer II, Salesforce JavaScript Developer I, Agent force Specialist, Application or/and System Architect

Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (Copado).

Proficient with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.

Familiarity with integration patterns and tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Informatica).

Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
