Position Title: Solution Architect

Position Description: IBS Software Americas Inc.is seeking a Solution Architect to be responsible for architecting and development of applications. S/he will perform the following duties: Design systems using agile development methodology. Translate business needs to technical specifications and come up with best architecture design. Implement the application using latest platforms of Java and Kotlin. Utilize knowledge in chatbot skill development to make the existing chat bot best in class. Decide which cloud platform would be beneficial for the solution that is being developed. Deliver high end and efficient software systems utilizing AWS (Amazon Web Service) for deployment and maintenance. Provide ongoing maintenance and support of these systems. The position is based in Atlanta, GA and various unanticipated locations.

Position Qualifications: This position requires a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Applications or related field plus (5) years of experience in an engineering role or related. In the alternative, employer will accept: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Applications or related field plus two (2) year of experience in an engineering role or related. Additionally, a qualified applicant’s experience must include the following skills: (1) One year of working knowledge on chat bots development and training the bot using data model; (2) Ability to automate repetitive tasks using different programming techniques; (3) Knowledge on front end (user interface) and back end (APIs) development of applications; (4) Extensive knowledge and experience with different AWS (Amazon Web Service) services; (5) Knowledge and experience with latest versions of development languages like Java, Kotlin etc.; (6) Knowledge and experience with tools like Jenkins and Github which are used as part of application development; (7) Troubleshoot development issues while deployment and maintenance; and (8) Knowledge in understanding the approaches used in data and natural language processing which is essential for chatbot development; and (9) Knowledge in agile methodology.
