Senior Scheduler – Lead Complex Projects to Success

As a Senior Scheduler, you’ll play a critical role in shaping project outcomes by driving schedule performance across multiple high-impact builds.

What You’ll Do:

Lead scheduling teams to develop and maintain baseline schedules, progress updates, and schedule narratives across multiple projects.

Collaborate with site teams and trade partners to hit key milestones and deliver projects on time.

Evaluate construction sequencing and identify workflow efficiencies, risks, and safety concerns.

Drive project schedule integrity through earned value management, resource loading, and time impact analysis (TIA).

Ensure alignment with company standards and coordinate closely with VDC and Project Controls teams.

Mentor and support junior schedulers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree preferred with 6+ years of construction schedule management experience.

Deep knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP scopes, and the design process as it impacts scheduling.

Strong expertise in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, schedule logic, change management, and earned value principles.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to guide teams, resolve conflicts, and uphold scheduling excellence across large-scale projects.
