The client designs, engineers and maintains the most optimal turnkey power solutions based on your custom electrical needs. They employ a diverse fleet of mobile gas turbine generators and deliver the entire package, including gas conditioning, gas compression, and electrical transformers for temporary power solutions. They are looking for a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join the team and ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time while managing an exceptional benefits program.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage payroll for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and other programs.

Maintain up-to-date employee records and handle confidential information with the utmost care.

Collaborate with HR, finance, and management to address payroll and benefits-related inquiries.

Stay informed about state and federal regulations to ensure compliance.

Required Experience:

Previous experience in payroll and benefits administration or a related field.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency with payroll systems and software. (ISolved preferably)

Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to payroll and benefits.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
