Implementation Engineer

W2 / Hybrid

Position Type: Contract (12-24 Months Contract to Hire)

Hybrid in any client hub - Any major city.

Job Description:

• User Experience Monitoring Onboarding Engineer for Glassbox Monitoring Tool for web based applications.

• Experience onboarding applications to JavaScript client capture user experience monitoring tools, especially Glassbox – If Not Glassbox, other Monitoring tools will suffice.

• Strong in JavaScript and Chrome dev tools

• Experience with other monitoring tools such as Glassbox, Tealeaf or other real-user experience monitoring tools

• Strong debugging and analytical skills

• Good communication and project management skills to work with internal application teams and engineering

• Self-starter with the ability to deliver complex solutions with minimal oversight and supervision

• Creative individual with a track record of working on and implementing innovative technology solutions

• Hands-on shell scripting and Linux system administration experience

Top 3-5 Skillsets / Experience needed (must haves):

Strong debugging and analytical skills

Experience with UX monitoring tool -- Glassbox -- in JavaScript environment(doesn’t necessarily need hands-on JavaScript) -- If not Glassbox, they will consider someone with experience in Dynatrace RUM, Quantum Metrics, FullStory, ContentSquare, Tealeaf etc.

Strong JavaScript tools with Chrome dev tools.

Experience with other monitoring tools such as Tealeaf or other real-UX monitoring tools

Self-starter with ability to deliver complex solutions with minimal oversight
