Job Title: Quality Control Technician I

Location: Ridgefield, NJ 07657

Duration: 2-Year Contract

Work Schedule:

Tuesday – Saturday (2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM)

Full-time; must be willing to work overtime and weekends when necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform daily viable and non-viable environmental monitoring in the production facility.

Assist with manufacturing operations during periods of inactivity.

Perform product sampling, environmental monitoring, or other related activities as directed.

Maintain batch record documentation and logs as required by management.

Perform cleaning and sanitizing of production equipment and classified production space.

Maintain supplies required for environmental monitoring.

Prepare plates daily required for environmental monitoring.

Maintain all associated documentation for environmental monitoring and operations being performed.

Investigate and write EM deviations.

Must have flexibility to work 8+ hours and weekends when needed.

Job Requirements:

Education: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology.

Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of industry experience in microbiology and/or environmental monitoring (EM).

Must-Have Experience:

Writing deviations (manufacturing or microbiology)

Environmental monitoring (EM)

Preferred Experience:

Aseptic gowning

Microbiology lab or chemistry lab experience
