Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter who will be responsible for contacting new Prospects along with our current Clients to enhance the sale of our Staffing Services.

Job Duties:

Prior experience in business development, cold calling of prospects, sales, and lead generation of prospective customers.

Facilitates TheBest Claims Solutions achieving its client growth, increasing market share, and maintaining its prominent and favorable industry reputation.

Follow up with appointed warm sales prospects, track, and notates all sales-related activity.

Collaborates effectively with Client Solutions Consultant, Client Experience Manager, and Marketing teams to strategize about corporate goals and opportunities and actively participated in decision-making.

Preferred Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or Account Management, preferably in Insurance/Claims-related role

Prior outbound Call Center experience

Clear and concise communication skills, verbal and written

Demonstrated experience building relationships over the phone
