Overview of Project Manager Position
We’re supporting a national builder with a strong portfolio in multifamily and mixed-use construction to hire a Project Manager. This role leads ground-up residential projects from start to finish—owning budget, schedule, and team coordination. Some projects may require clearance eligibility for secure federal sites.
Areas of Expertise
Multifamily: Type V wood-frame, podium, wrap, mid-rise
Hospitality & Mixed-Use: Urban infill, select-service hotels, residential-over-retail
Delivery: CMAR and Design-Build with early precon involvement and phased turnover
Federal Sites: Clearance-eligible builds requiring added compliance
Key Tasks
Manage project delivery from precon through closeout
Lead cost control, schedule, and subcontractor buyout
Act as point of contact for owners, consultants, and internal teams
Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Track cash flow and project performance
Support quality, compliance, and final turnover
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
5+ years of GC experience managing multifamily or commercial projects
Proficient in Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Excel
Track record managing projects $25M+
Familiar with permitting, inspections, SWPPP
Clearance eligibility a plus
Local travel and weekend flexibility required
