Plumbing Manager

TE Certified Plumbing is expanding its Plumbing service department with a new location in Fayette County. TE is looking for a Residential Plumbing Service Manager to spearhead our company's growth. This position requires someone with the knowledge and skill to successfully run and improve a service department.

Ideal candidates should:

Have significant residential Plumbing experience, excellent troubleshooting and training abilities, and a good understanding of the residential Plumbing service and sales process.

Be able to run a service department and handle management-level responsibilities, including recruiting, training, coaching, and instructing Plumbing service technicians.

Be comfortable fielding technical phone calls, as well as handling difficult situations and demanding customers.

Be confident riding along and training new technicians.

Be able and willing to teach technicians how to repair and install plumbing systems, as well as train on customer service and sales.

Be comfortable and confident operating a first-class plumbing department within an established business.

This position is well suited for a senior technician or manager with strong technical abilities and good management skills who lives in or near the Fayette County area.
