Pay Rate: $ 41,600
Position Description:
Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Conduct product/service presentations to potential customers, showcasing the features and benefits.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and contracts with customers to close deals and maximize profitability.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to track progress and performance against goals.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote company products/services and network with potential clients
Position Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent
Valid Driver License
Some overnight travel is required.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in highway construction.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
