Job Description:

The ability to perform in-process and final source inspections including First Article inspections per AS9102 Quality Standards

The ability to read and understand complex engineering drawings, specifications, geometric dimensioning and tolerances per ANSI/ ASME Y 14.5.

The ability to perform mechanical measurement for verifying the compliance of complex machined, formed, and assembled aircraft/engine components.

Prior Experience:

Electronics Skills: (Circuit Card Assemblies, MICRO-ELECTRONIC)

Product Summary:

Electronics experience and board inspection experience required. Primary for Vendor 80% of time, Backup for immediate area 20% of the time. Hours can fluctuate from 16 through 40 per week. Resident backup for LM0028825. Additional vendors in area require help around Cincinnati/Southwest Ohio area.

Scope of Work:

Source inspection, FAI - Extensive electronics experience and board inspection experience (SMT, PWB, Cable & Harness).

It is a part-time assignment

Estimated Length of each visit: 4 hours per visit
