About Flâneur Hospitality
Flâneur Hospitality is a visionary luxury hospitality company dedicated to crafting deeply imaginative, design-driven experiences across iconic global destinations. With a reverence for architecture, art, and the romance of travel, we are expanding our portfolio through the acquisition, development, and transformation of singular hotel properties.
Role Overview
Flâneur Hospitality is seeking a Vice President of Hotel Acquisitions & Strategic Growth to lead our global deal-sourcing and business development efforts. This is a senior leadership role focused exclusively on independent hotel acquisitions, management agreements, and strategic partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and helping secure high-value opportunities that align with the brand’s aesthetic, financial, and experiential vision.
The ideal candidate combines a dealmaker’s instinct with a hotelier’s heart—someone who is financially sophisticated, highly personable, and deeply passionate about independent hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth & Deal Origination: Lead the identification of acquisition targets, joint venture opportunities, and asset-light models (management, advisory, licensing) across global markets.
Owner Relationship Development: Cultivate trust-based relationships with hotel owners, operators, and developers—especially independent or legacy owners seeking succession, repositioning, or operational support.
Underwriting & Financial Leadership: Oversee detailed financial modeling, underwriting, and investment analysis for potential acquisitions or contracts.
Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor trends, emerging destinations, and competitor activity to shape and sharpen the company’s acquisition strategy.
Deal Negotiation & Execution: Lead the negotiation process alongside legal and executive teams from LOI through closing, including due diligence, structuring, and approvals.
Brand & Strategic Fit: Ensure all opportunities meet the brand’s design, experiential, and commercial criteria.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Flâneur leadership, design teams, and capital partners to evaluate feasibility, investment fit, and post-deal strategy.
