Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Marketing

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to support a high-impact portfolio in the critical care space. This role involves managing a market-leading product line, driving global expansion, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product success from concept through commercialization. This position plays a key role in shaping product direction, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of a flagship critical care product, including market analysis, positioning, enhancements, and obsolescence planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure product quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
Go-to-Market Execution: Define and implement launch strategies, sales enablement materials, and marketing campaigns to drive adoption across global regions (NA, EMEA, APAC).
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct VOC (Voice of Customer) interviews, maintain strong customer relationships, and integrate feedback into product strategy.
Market and Competitive Analysis: Analyze trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and guide product roadmap decisions.
Financial Planning: Develop financial models, forecasts, and business cases to support product initiatives and measure performance against KPIs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Engineering, or Business; MBA preferred
Minimum of 4 years in product management, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry
Proven success managing complex products in a regulated environment
Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to translate clinical/customer needs into actionable product strategies
Experience supporting regulatory submissions such as 510(k), PMA, and EU MDR is a plus
