Position: Senior Scrum Master

Location: Raleigh, NC (100% Onsite)

Experience Required: 11+ Years

Job Description:

We are actively seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join our team in Raleigh, NC for a full-time onsite role. The ideal candidate will have 11+ years of experience in Agile delivery and a proven track record working with Cisco or on Cisco projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, facilitating all standard ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives).

Ensure Agile principles and Scrum methodologies are followed, coaching teams for continuous improvement.

Work closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to remove blockers and enable smooth sprint execution.

Track and report key Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders.

Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Ensure alignment with enterprise Agile practices and participate in Agile community of practice discussions.

Required Qualifications:

11+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum environments.

Must have prior experience working at Cisco or on Cisco-affiliated projects.

Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, preferably SAFe or Scrum@Scale.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead distributed teams and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Scrum certifications such as CSM, PMP-Agile, or SAFe Scrum Master.

Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile dashboards.

Familiarity with network infrastructure or enterprise software delivery environments is a plus.
