Pricing Analyst

CBIZ is partnering with a top Los Angeles law firm in the search for a Pricing Analyst for their Downtown Los Angeles office. This is a hybrid position that will only require one day in office per week once trained. This position will play a critical role in supporting pricing decisions, financial modeling, and strategic pricing initiatives across the firm.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain pricing models for competitive, profitable pricing strategies.

Analyze historical pricing data and profitability metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

Create alternative pricing structures, including fixed fees, retainers, volume discounts, and success-based pricing.

Analyze historical pricing data and profitability metrics.

Create alternative pricing structures.

Prepare pricing proposals.

Use advanced data analytics tools to automate and improve pricing processes.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in financial analysis, pricing, or similar analytical roles, within a law firm or professional services environment (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE).

Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.

Elite 3E experience preferred.

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.

The salary for this position is up to $100,000, DOE.
