Qualifications

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in Network Engineering.

2+ years of experience in System Administration.

Proven track record of success in providing exceptional customer support.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and professional development.

A desire to excel in your profession and contribute to a thriving team environment.

Help Desk Support:

Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, or in person to resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve user issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft O365, email, printers, and mobile devices.

Document support requests and solutions using a ticketing system.

Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff or specialized teams when necessary.

Systems & Network Administration Support:

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of staff and system computers, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, and other network infrastructure.

Perform routine system backups and monitor system performance.

Help with user account creation, permissions, and group policies using Active Directory.

Monitor network performance and assist in troubleshooting connectivity issues.

Apply software updates and security patches to systems and endpoints.

Assist with IT asset management, inventory tracking, and equipment deployment.

Bonus Points:

Experience with Microsoft Intune, Active Directory (AD), cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), Veeam, VMware, and Microsoft Windows Server.
