Were seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Two-Site Practice Manager to lead the dailyoperations of our Seattle and Portland clinics. This role is central to maintainingDrSnips standard of excellent patient care, managing clinic teams, and ensuringsmooth, efficient workflows across both sites. Youll be responsible for local operations,staff performance, patient satisfaction, and coordination with our clinical team andcentral office.
Practice Manager (Two-Site)
Location: Seattle, WA and; Portland, OR (Regular travel between bothsites required)

Responsibilities / Position details:
Clinic Operations
Oversee day-to-day operations at both DrSnip locations, ensuring a consistentand high-quality experience for patients.
Manage appointment flow, staff coverage, inventory, and facility needs.
Ensure SOPs are followed and updated as needed to maintain smoothoperations across both sites.
Partner with physicians and clinical staff to support a safe, efficient, andrespectful care environment.
Team Leadership
Supervise and support front office and medical assistant staff at both locations.
Hire, train, and schedule staff, maintaining consistent communication and cultureacross teams.
Provide real-time support and guidance, with an emphasis on teamwork,professionalism, and compassion.
Lead performance evaluations and staff development efforts.
Patient Experience
Maintain a welcoming, respectful, and discreet environment aligned with DrSnips values.
Monitor and respond to patient feedback, reviews, and service recovery needs.
Collaborate with staff to continuously improve the patient journey, from booking to follow-up.
Administrative and Financial Oversight
Track KPIs including appointment volume, provider utilization, and patient satisfaction.
Support daily reconciliation, supply management, and vendor relationships.
Coordinate with billing and administrative teams to ensure accurate patient documentation and revenue cycle workflows.
Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
Maintain clinic readiness for inspections and internal audits.
Oversee infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications
3+ years of healthcare operations or practice management experience
Experience managing a small to mid-size clinical team
Proven experience managing staff and clinic operations
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency in EHR and practice management systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to travel regularly between both locations (travel/mileage reimbursement provided)
Hands-on leadership style with a focus on accountability, quality, and patient care
Comfortable working in a fast-growing, patient-focused organization
Preferred Qualifications
Associates or Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, orrelated field
Experience in mens health, urology, or outpatient procedural settings
Knowledge of revenue cycle basics and scheduling optimization
Certified as a Medical Assistant in Washington and/or Oregon
