Required Skills:
A B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
10+ years in customer quality engineering in the semiconductor industry
Expert in 8D problem-solving and quality systems
Experience communicating directly with customers in a Quality Manager capacity
Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and product lifecycle
Exceptional technical writing skills with an ability to turn data into clear, actionable reports
Willingness to travel internationally as needed
Bonus: Fluency in Mandarin for written and verbal communication
