Scrum Master

**NEED TO LIVE IN FLORIDA AND GO ON-SITE 1X A MONTH IN BOCA (SAME DAY)**

Position: Junior/ Senior Scrum Master

Location: Boca onsite 1x a month

Qualifications:

5 years of a scrum master (NO MORE THAN 5)

Experience managing multiple scrum teams

Utilize and generating Jira reports

Technical knowledge – Software Development Lifecycle

Jira and confluence

CSM

Pluses:

Project governance certification (Scaled Agile, PMP, Kanban, Scrum, etc.) preferred

Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent experience required

Day to Day:

This resource is a crucial link between the Support, Professional Services, and Technology teams, requiring patience, effective communication, coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Be proactive to learn the Firco Insight product and its many moving parts is important. Taking ownership and driving all activities related to customer deployment, incoming issues for technology resolution, and vulnerabilities remediation.
