The Opportunity
We’re a Series A Robotics & Logistics company preparing for rapid growth and we’re looking for a commercial co-founder to lead us through our next capital raise and into long-term operational success.
As Chief Business Officer (CBO), and future CEO, you’ll be responsible for securing $20M+ in funding, leading the business side of our company, and building the operational structure to scale sustainably. The technical CEO will remain focused on engineering, while you’ll own the business.
You must be confident in your ability to raise capital directly, build trust with U.S. venture funds, and lead cross-functional teams across sales, operations, and marketing. You’ll eventually transition into the CEO role as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership
Act as the day-to-day CEO, overseeing GTM, marketing, sales, operations, and organizational performance
Own the growth strategy, including revenue targets, KPIs, and commercial execution
Lead the strategic design and direction of the business in collaboration with the founding team
Capital & Fundraising
Lead all fundraising efforts for our $20M+ round, owning investor outreach, narrative, and negotiations
Maintain and grow strong relationships with U.S.-based venture funds, acting as the point of contact for all VC activity
Bring a robust network of investors and advisors to accelerate momentum and traction
Execution & Scale
Build scalable go-to-market systems across sales, marketing, and customer success
Drive operational excellence and structure, setting up the business for long-term efficiency and exit-readiness
Prepare the company for growth, acquisition, or later-stage funding
Must-Have Experience:
-CEO or CBO experience at an early-stage startup, ideally having led from Seed to Series A/B
-Directly raised $20M+ from institutional investors (with a strong U.S. VC network)
-Built and led GTM, operations, and business strategy, ideally in a technical/robotics product or logistics tech company
